I have been having a lot of weddings recently that have had firsts for me as a photographer, Dawn + Mike's wedding was another one on the list! This is the first wedding that I have been to + photographed, in July, where the temperature was below 80 degrees at 4pm. By the end of the night, it was in the low 60s, high 50s... in July! It honestly was lovely and it just added to how perfect their day was.
This was also my first wedding in the state of Ohio! I have done a few elopements and one "minimony", but this was the first full wedding day in Ohio. Dawn + Mike were actually married on their family farm. Dawn's grandmother left her the house that they live in on the farm. The land around the farm is stunning! It has beautiful rolling hills that were gorgeous during sunset and golden hour.
